Reporting a Hotline Complaint

The Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery (SIGPR) hotline accepts reports of fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement related to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding, programs, and personnel.

While every report received is important, not every submission results in an investigation, audit, evaluation, or review. Some matters may be referred to the appropriate government entity for review and action or to another office of inspector general for appropriate review and action.

Thank you for your efforts to help SIGPR eliminate fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The SIGPR hotline will only review complaints related to CARES Act funding, programs, and personnel, and whistleblower complaints under SIGPR jurisdiction.  We recommend you review Read Before Submitting to understand the type of complaints we do and do not review and the complaint process.

SIGPR can only accept UNCLASSIFIED complaints online.
For instructions on filing a tip on a CLASSIFIED matter, call 202-927-7899.
